HACC HIERARCHY
RANK STRUCTURE
(IN ORDER FROM ENTRY TO TOP LEVEL)
HANG AROUND
Hang-Arounds are individuals whom possess the fresh desire to become a member of the HACC structure but have not been reviewed enough to be given an official Prospect position. This stage of the club usually lasts anywhere from 1-3 days but can last up to a week.
PROSPECT
A Prospect is an individual whom has shown their interests to join HACC and has been given an opportunity to show what they have to all of the already patched members of the club. Prospecting is essentially trying-out for the club and proving to the majority of the club that you will be a good addition to this organization. This term is 3 weeks in which they must complete the Prospect task list. After those 18-21 days, if the task list has been completed, all patched members will have the ability to vote 3 ways on the Prospect; YAY, NAY, or WAE (Wasn't Active Enough). A Prospect needs to accumulate YAYS from at least 65% of the club to fully earn their club patch.
PATCHED
Patched members have completed the Prospecting phase by gaining their votes and are now full members of the club. Where a full patched member goes is up to them. These individuals should study the bylaws and Code of Conduct and know the rules well because if you break club bylaws in this club, you get reviewed and its never pretty. If you have earned your to this spot, stay active, be loyal, dedicate yourself, and most of all, have fun! Its easy to stay a member once a member. Its also easy to loose membership once it's earned. Careless behavior is for careless individuals.
RECRITMENT
Recruitment is the first full patch promotion within the club and a lot of members put in a service time here whom desire to excel in the club because they feel they should put their time in at a job of such importance as this position's task but maybe more so because members know this is an undesirable task but needs to get done. Recruiters are respected. This is the first Non-commissioned position in HACC.
ASSISTANT ROAD CAPTAIN
The Assistant Road Captain rides tail gunner and ensures the club is watched from the rear from more than just the eyes of Prospects. This individual will also assist the actual Road Captain in planning and orchestrating events/runs as necessary.
VETERAN
Veterans have been in the club for 6 months or longer and have caused the club no issues. Once the time has been put in by a patched member and this position is available, a President and or Vice President have to physically award you with the position in order for the member to claim the rank. This position cannot be asked for or it is no longer eligible for awarding.
ROAD CAPTAIN
The Road Captain is usually rather self-explanatory, they lead club runs and other riding based events that the club hosts. The HACC Road Captain has a bit more task to the job, however. This individual will be in charge of contacting other clubs and designing multi-club events. This can get to be quite a task now that 30 person lobbies are available so it is optional for the awarded HACC Road Captain to swear themselves in, at chapel, an Assistant Road Captain to aid them in their service term.
ENFORCER
Club Enforcers keep the order within the club. They are like the club Police. Headed by the Master At Arms, these Enforcers, 29 at most, scout the club very closely for any issues brewing or already brewed and being handled. Enforcers are top level free-aim shooters and handle a large part of club disputes as it is their job to do so.
SECRETARY
The HACC Secretary notes Prospect's and member's personal data such as join date and voting eligibility, contacts alliances regularly, helps members gain money legitimately, helps lower level members rank up in the same fashion, invites individuals into lobbies when needed, watches for players to leave so more people can get in. The Secretary has a lot on their sheet so someone intelligent and efficient is preferable here to ensure that the job will get don properly.
SERGEANT AT ARMS
The Sergeant at Arms is the club regulator; only aside from the President of course. A top level free-aim shooter and one with smarts to complete things on their own, this position takes a very specific type of person to fill. The Sergeant at Arms leads their Enforcers into TDM battles, Free-mote Battles/Wars, and at the end of the day they ride with the rest of the club in formation as the true brotherhood this is. Anything involved with dirty work will include this official somewhere in the grape vine.
VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice President is always the President's right hand. Another part of the same, the VP will do whatever it takes to keep their President happy and keep everything that is handed to them kept up properly. This can be a grueling job but at the end of the day, it is one of the most rewarding without a doubt.
PRESIDENT
The President of HACC fills the blanks remaining in the club. The sole Founder and first in of the First 9, the President of HACC will forever remain such as the position is set; handed down from person to person instead of voted on as it may be in other structures.
